At the World’s Top level 2 wheels racing : Motogp and WSBK, both of these Championships
were own and operated by Spanish Promotion Company : “DORNA”.
At 2013, Seeing the importance of the Asian Market, Dorna has set up a new Asian Junior
Riders Only Motorcycle Championship in : “Shell Advance Asia Talent Cup” - SAATC
This Championship is to give Asian Young riders from the age 13-17 a chance to go to the
world’s top level racing in Motogp that’s why the SAATC Championship runs on Honda’s
CBF250R purposely built race bike in order to link to the Motogp’s Moto3 class bikes.
世界最顶级的两个摩托车大赛如 : MOTOGP, WSBK 都是由西班牙赛车运动
Dorna公司管理,Dorna在2013年在亚洲开始了一个全新的赛事 “Asia Talent Cup“
——亚洲天才杯。
这赛事是为了发掘亚洲的年青车手,给他们一个机会可以有一天参加世界最顶级的
Motogp赛事, 所以天才杯用的本田250 cc赛车可以跟Motogp的Moto3 组别接
轨。
In the last decade, due to the fast growth in Motorcycle sports in Asean Countries such as
Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia,Philippines, these countries have already advanced way in front
of China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, this is due to these Countries has a much stronger
base in Motorsport and big support from their Gov’t and local industries, and not to mention
Japan that has been at the top of the World racing Level together with other world’s 2 wheel
racing Super power such as Spain, Italy, UK, US,Australia etc……
在这几年里,由于其他亚洲国家的摩托赛车有了突飞猛进的水平,马来西亚,泰国,
印尼,菲律宾,早已把中,港,澳的车手远远抛开。这是由于人家有很好的赛车基础
和得到国家,民间的大力支持,才有今天的地步,这更不要谈日本,根本已经多年都
是世界摩托车赛最顶级的国家之一。
BG 1st worked with Dorna being the 1st China team to participated in the 2003 Motogp 250/2
stroke race at Malaysia Sepang Circuit, then raced again at the 2005 1st Motogp event in
Shanghai, China, BG was also the liaison between Dorna and Shanghai F1 Circuit during their
2005-2008 Motogp 4 year.
BG与Dorna公司在2003 BG参加MOTOGP 250 外卡赛时候认识,和在2005-
2008年在上海Motogp大赛里合作了4年。
So at 2013, BG was asked by Dorna to seek and support Young Riders from these Greater
China region to participate in the SAATC Championships.
But due to the special circumstance in all the Greater China countries, young riders from
13-17 is extremely rare and the rest are already quite a bit over the required age, so BG
has not been able to provide these riders.
Finally, BG has secured a Young 15 years old rider from Hong Kong in Anson Law, after
the agreement from his Motorsport Loving parents, BG has secured a Testing Spot for
Anson at the 9-10/2/2016 SAATC Testing at the Malaysia Sepang Circuit.
The deal is, If Anson testing is acceptable to the SAATC Director and head Coach Alberto
Puig, Anson will be drafted into the 2016 SAATC Championship’s full season of 6 rounds with
12 Races.
Dorna’s planning is, a 13 years old rider joined the SAATC Race for 2 years, then the top
couple will be selected to the EU Red Bull Motogp Rookies’ Cup for another 2 year, then
the top couple will be drafted into Moto 3 at the tender age of 17, then by 19 to Moto 2
and eventually to the world’s highest level racing of Motogp itself at or before 21.
所以在2013年,Dorna公司负责亚洲天才杯的管理人提出要求BG寻找中,港,
澳可以参加天才杯选拔的车手, 但由于中,港,澳的13-17岁年青车手真的寥寥无几,
而大部分已经超过适合的年纪,所以没有港,澳车手可以保荐给Dorna公司。
最后在我们全力推动下,终于找到香港一位刚15岁的年青车手Anson Law 罗焌杰,
在他热爱摩托赛车的父母答应后,BG与Dorna公司谈定了在2月9-10两天,当
2016年亚洲天才杯在马来西亚/雪邦赛道进行2天练习的时候, BG带领Anson
一起到雪邦试车,要是试车后,Dorna公司领导和教练觉得Anson可以,就将立刻
签约给Anson参加全年的亚洲天才杯赛事的6站共12场赛事。
要是Anson能够加入赛事,这是香港,澳门历史上第一个车手可以参加这个世界顶级
的Motogp赛事入门赛。
Dorna公司的计划是, 亚洲车手13岁参加天才杯,2年后成绩最好的几个送去西班牙
参加红牛Motogp学校 或 西班牙的Moto3 国家杯, 再2年最好的送去Moto3,
19岁升上Moto2, 21岁就进Motogp顶级赛事。
这是我们中,港,澳甚至全世界所有年青摩托车赛车手的梦想,我们希望Anson借
这个机会在亚洲最厉害的年青车手里好好学习,也希望大家给他一个新年鼓励 !!!
DAY 1 第一天: 7/2/2016 :
The BG Entourage consisted of BG’s Steven, BG Italian Director
– Raimondo, Anson and his helper/Mechanic for the season : BG’s HK mechanic AB arrived to
Kuala Lumpur in the late afternoon, due to this is the Chinese new Year Eve, so the Dynamic 4
has a Chinese style NY eve dinner at the hotel and went to rest early for the big days ahead.
BG的Steven和BG意大利公司总经理亲自带领Anson和BG的技术人员到了雪邦,
准备后天的试车。
Anson和助手,连同BG的Steven和意大利总经理Raimondo 4 人于除夕当天下午
到达吉隆坡,4人晚上一起吃了个团年饭就早早休息。
DAY 2 第二天: 8//2016
All Riders and their helpers gathered at the Hotel Lobby after Breakfast and boarded the Bus
to the Sepang Circuit which is only 10 mins away from the Hotel and also next to the KL
International airport.
At the Circuit, all Rider were briefed by SAATC’s Head instructor, Ex Motogp Pro – Alberto
Puig, then Riders started to try on and fitted their racing leather and other gears.
At the other corner of the Pit box, All the Riders’ helpers were also briefed by SAATC’s Spanish
or Malaysia Chief Mechanics on details of how to support the rider by taking special care of
their race bikes, now we get to see what REAL mechanics and attention to details is all about !!!
早餐后,所有参加试车的亚洲车手全部在酒店大堂集合,大巴到了离酒店和机场才10
分鐘的雪邦国际赛车场。
经过早上天才杯主教练, 前Motogp车手 Albeto Puiz训话后,车手们开始试穿替他们
定制的赛车皮衣和护具。
车手助手就由ATC的高级工程师培训维修这台赛车的重要事项。
In the afternoon, time for all the Mechanics to set up each bike according to EACH rider, when
everything is in order, everyone is looking forward for the big day tomm.
The 2016 SAATC event has 23 young riders, this year is the 1st time ONE riders is from Hong Kong
and 3 from Turkey, the most number of entries are the Japanese, Thai, Indonesia and Malays.
Other then the least experienced Rider in Anson from Hong Kong, all the other riders are
extremely seasoned racers from their own countries that most of them started racing at
the amazing age of 5-6, most come up the ladder by start racing in Mini Bikes, then to
50/80/100/125/250 cc classes, so Anson has a lot to catch up.
下午是替每个车手调教他们每个人的专用赛车。这样就准备就绪,明天正式开始
测试。
2016年亚洲天才杯总共有23 位年青车手,今天将是第一次有香港和土耳其车手
加入,最多的是日本,泰国和印尼的车手。除了香港, 其他所有的年青车手已经
是身经百战的从小型摩托车赛事到这些专业的125/150/250级别的赛事。看来
香港的Anson要加倍努力才可以追上其他的车手。
Day 3 第三天: 9/2/2016
Today is the official 1st day of the SAATC Testing at Sepang Circuit before the 2016 1st Round
race in Mid March at the new Burinam Circuit in Thailand.
Due to alot has to be prepared before the testing, so everyone has to get on the 7:15 am bus
to the Circuit even before the Sun is up.
The Mechanics and riders’ helpers worked on the new bikes for the rider to go out for the
morning Run in Sessions.
Bike run in was to go not over 8000 rpm during the 1st 10 laps, then move on to 10000 for
2 more laps, then the race bikes are all properly ran in and ready for action.
During the Machines ran in sessions, we can already see the big difference of Anson and the
other Asian riders.
今天是亚洲天才杯2016年正式开赛前的最后一次试车2天的第一天。
由于有很多事情需要准备, 所有人要在7:15分上大巴去赛车场。
早上车手和机械师准备好车辆。 第一节出去是要把新车在12圈里磨合好。
头10圈用8000转,后面2个圈加到10000转,这样车辆就磨合好了。当所有车都
磨合好后,立刻看到香港车手和国外年青车手技术与经验的差别。
All the other riders age between 13-18 were hand picked elites from a big number of
candidates from their individual countries.
Due to Motorcycle sport is extremely popular in Asean countries such as Malaysia, Thailand,
Indonesia and Philippines, most parents are very supportive for their siblings at a tender
age of 5-6 years to go racing with Mini bikes and Go karts, also the Gov’t of these Countries
provides good support to their Motorsport industry so in return provided a big platform
for everyone who wanted to go racing.
In these Asean Countries, Every year, they have over 20 rounds of their small bike (Underbone)
racing Championships in mostly their smaller cities and Townships.
These racing events has very small investment due to there is no need to use expansive
Professional Racing Circuits but instead can easily race on closed public roads with good
safety measures and at the same time, these events brings in big promotion for these Cities
and Townships, so the local Gov’t is more then happy to sanction and sponsor these events.
这里的13到18岁的车手都是他们国家里大量年青车手挑出来的,由于这些国家
赛车太普及,很多父母都支持小孩从5-6岁开始就 参加小型赛车,而这些国家也
在大力支持赛车运动,给这些年青车手一个极大的平台去磨练自己。
在泰国,马拉西亚,印尼,菲律宾这些国家, 他们国内的小排量摩托赛事一年里
有超过20场, 而全部都是在一些小型城镇的街道上举办,这种赛事投入极低,
又能给这些城镇带来一些极为刺激的活动,大部分城镇都愿意主办。
With the low costing to operate these events but with good results, Organizers can find
sponsors easier so that they can offer local riders a very low cost of entering these races,
this creates a big entry numbers and also due to the racing are v. close to the spectators,
the Spectators can really feel the excitement at close range so there is always a big
attendance at each race.
With these Multiple racing events per season, these Countries can hand picked from
a huge pool of extremely talented young riders to enter some of the world’s highest
level of racing, so, in the past few years, we can see riders from Thailand, Malaysia
and Indonesia already racing at the world Top level Motogp 2 and Moto 3 Championships.
After the morning and noon testing, Anson is still at a low position, but, since this is
NOT a race, but a testing sessions for the already registered riders, and also for Dorna
to look at the overall performance of Anson for them to decide if they’ll invite Anson
to race for the full season.
由于这些赛事成本低,但效果很好,运作单位可以拿到一些赞助,所以给车手
们一个很低的参赛费, 这形成这些国家的赛事参赛人数巨大,而接近观众,可
以有极高观赏性,国家可以从大量的年青车手群挑选到水平极高的车手参加一
些世界性赛事,所以在过去几年,在Motogp的 MOTO2 和 Moto3 都有马拉西
亚和泰国的车手身影。
在中午3 节试车完成后,Anson还是在低位,但由于这不是以成绩计算而只是
给已经入围的车手磨合新车,也是为在3月第一场在雪邦赛道的赛事热身。
但由于Anson特别经过BG保荐,没经过去年9月份的挑选, 所以Anson还
需要有表现给赛事主管和主教练看到,才可以确定是否给Anson参加全年其
他的所有赛事。
9/2/16 Afternoon 下午
Due to Malaysia Afternoon is extremely hot and humid and after the 3 sessions in the
morning and 2 in the afternoon, this has taken a Toll on Anson’s physicals so it is
decided that Anson was to sit out the rest of the 2 extra sessions in the afternoon and
to focus on Tomm’s 2nd Day testing, but after another rider suffered from the same
heat stroke, The management decided to cancelled the last practice session to make
sure all riders will have a good rest before resuming tomm.
由于马来西亚的热带气候在下午的温度和湿度极高, 加上初次在这条超大型赛
道驾驶,第一次驾驶专业赛车, 这令到Anson有点不适应和有点体力透支,为
了保持明天最重要的测试,我们决定Anson今天到此为止,今晚好好休息而
明天再来拼搏。
后来另外再有车手感到不适,主办方决定把今天下午最后的试车时段取消,给
车手可以好好回去休息。
DAY 4 第四天 : 10/2/16
After a good rest the night before, Anson finally recover from yesterday, and with
instructions from Steven after watching Anson’s 1st practice session : instead of dicing
with Riders of a similar caliber or stuck in a group of riders fighting his way out, Anson
is to ride on his own and tried to follow faster riders to learnt the lines and also got
tug along for better speed in and out of corners.
The tactic work beautifully as at the 2nd session, Anson did a own record breaking
2.26 lap, a full 4 sec faster then the 1st morning session and the day before,but
still around 8 sec behind the pole rider.
By 5 pm, Dorna call this the end of this 2 days Testing sessions, all Rider has done
around 60 laps for day 2 and most are drained from the long and hot day.
在经过昨天晚上好好休息后, Anson今早终于恢复过来, 早上7点10集合
,7;25到赛道,全场又再次忙碌起来。
经过昨天晚上开会和今早Steven重新整理Anson的战略,不要跟自己差
不多时间的车手在纠缠和互相尝试超越,不要混在车群里激斗,这些都会
把圈速拉慢,应该在快车超越后,尽力跟在后面,看人家怎样进出弯位和
线路。
在第二节时终于大破自己2天的记录,做出了2.26的最好成绩,比昨天
足足快了4秒, 所有人都极为之振奋,但对比最快车手的时间还是有8
秒多的差别。
在这最后一天测试, 到最后下午5点,所有车手已经跑了总共6节,
大家的体能已经下降,Dorna宣布这次的赛道测试全部完成。
Conclusion 结束 :
Due to the result of the HK rider is quite low, and the head Coach was indecisive if
he can accept Anson into the Full race season, but after BG had a meeting with
SAATC directors and their head Coach, it is confirmed that : BG is to designing a
high level Training Program for Anson over his Physical strength and stamina and
also training for his Riding skills and getting use to race in these big Tracks, Anson
is to start immediately training with BG’s instructors at the Zhuhai Circuit so to
prepare him for the mid March 1st race at Thailand.
由于香港车手的成绩较低,总教练没能立刻决定可不可以入选名单,经过BG
和天才杯总管和总教练开会后,BG答应将对Anson进行地狱式培训计划,并
在最短时间内提升他的体能和驾驶技术, 以便可以在泰国3月的大赛中第一
场天才杯可以看到较大的进步。
It is also discussed that in the very near future, BG is to start a Junior Riders Training
program in China for Young Riders from HK/Macau/China in order to support Dorna
for the search of
Young talents and to link with Dorna’s current program for finding and training young
riders allover the world.
This is no doubt the best Chinese New Year Present for Anson, BG and all the Chinese
Riders, this is a 1st time a China-Hong Kong Young rider can participate in the world’s
best Junior Racing events, This is the dreams of all Motorcycle racers in the world and
we hope Anson can take this great opportunity to learn from his pears and bring us
proud in the coming season.

been dreaming all our lives.

For Anson to race the full 2016 season of this Asian Talent Cup events, he’ll need a
significant amount of funds, despite majority of the needed funds has already been
supported by BG, but due to these races will happen in 5 Countries allover Asia (Thailand,
Qatar, Malaysia, Japan, China Zhuhai) and these races can provide big promotional value
for sponsors who’d like to have his products properly promoted and advertised by a FULL
International event.

During the Machines ran in sessions, we can already see the big difference of Anson and the
other Asian riders.
今天是亚洲天才杯2016年正式开赛前的最后一次试车2天的第一天。
由于有很多事情需要准备, 所有人要在7:15分上大巴去赛车场。
早上车手和机械师准备好车辆。 第一节出去是要把新车在12圈里磨合好。
头10圈用8000转,后面2个圈加到10000转,这样车辆就磨合好了。当所有车都
磨合好后,立刻看到香港车手和国外年青车手技术与经验的差别。
All the other riders age between 13-18 were hand picked elites from a big number of
candidates from their individual countries.
Due to Motorcycle sport is extremely popular in Asean countries such as Malaysia, Thailand,
Indonesia and Philippines, most parents are very supportive for their siblings at a tender
age of 5-6 years to go racing with Mini bikes and Go karts, also the Gov’t of these Countries
provides good support to their Motorsport industry so in return provided a big platform
for everyone who wanted to go racing.
In these Asean Countries, Every year, they have over 20 rounds of their small bike (Underbone)
racing Championships in mostly their smaller cities and Townships.
These racing events has very small investment due to there is no need to use expansive
Professional Racing Circuits but instead can easily race on closed public roads with good
safety measures and at the same time, these events brings in big promotion for these Cities
and Townships, so the local Gov’t is more then happy to sanction and sponsor these events.
这里的13到18岁的车手都是他们国家里大量年青车手挑出来的,由于这些国家
赛车太普及,很多父母都支持小孩从5-6岁开始就 参加小型赛车,而这些国家也
在大力支持赛车运动,给这些年青车手一个极大的平台去磨练自己。
在泰国,马拉西亚,印尼,菲律宾这些国家, 他们国内的小排量摩托赛事一年里
有超过20场, 而全部都是在一些小型城镇的街道上举办,这种赛事投入极低,
又能给这些城镇带来一些极为刺激的活动,大部分城镇都愿意主办。
With the low costing to operate these events but with good results, Organizers can find
sponsors easier so that they can offer local riders a very low cost of entering these races,
this creates a big entry numbers and also due to the racing are v. close to the spectators,
the Spectators can really feel the excitement at close range so there is always a big
attendance at each race.
With these Multiple racing events per season, these Countries can hand picked from
a huge pool of extremely talented young riders to enter some of the world’s highest
level of racing, so, in the past few years, we can see riders from Thailand, Malaysia
and Indonesia already racing at the world Top level Motogp 2 and Moto 3 Championships.
After the morning and noon testing, Anson is still at a low position, but, since this is
NOT a race, but a testing sessions for the already registered riders, and also for Dorna
to look at the overall performance of Anson for them to decide if they’ll invite Anson
to race for the full season.
由于这些赛事成本低,但效果很好,运作单位可以拿到一些赞助,所以给车手
们一个很低的参赛费, 这形成这些国家的赛事参赛人数巨大,而接近观众,可
以有极高观赏性,国家可以从大量的年青车手群挑选到水平极高的车手参加一
些世界性赛事,所以在过去几年,在Motogp的 MOTO2 和 Moto3 都有马拉西
亚和泰国的车手身影。
在中午3 节试车完成后,Anson还是在低位,但由于这不是以成绩计算而只是
给已经入围的车手磨合新车,也是为在3月第一场在雪邦赛道的赛事热身。
但由于Anson特别经过BG保荐,没经过去年9月份的挑选, 所以Anson还
需要有表现给赛事主管和主教练看到,才可以确定是否给Anson参加全年其
他的所有赛事。
9/2/16 Afternoon 下午
Due to Malaysia Afternoon is extremely hot and humid and after the 3 sessions in the
morning and 2 in the afternoon, this has taken a Toll on Anson’s physicals so it is
decided that Anson was to sit out the rest of the 2 extra sessions in the afternoon and
to focus on Tomm’s 2nd Day testing, but after another rider suffered from the same
heat stroke, The management decided to cancelled the last practice session to make
sure all riders will have a good rest before resuming tomm.
由于马来西亚的热带气候在下午的温度和湿度极高, 加上初次在这条超大型赛
道驾驶,第一次驾驶专业赛车, 这令到Anson有点不适应和有点体力透支,为
了保持明天最重要的测试,我们决定Anson今天到此为止,今晚好好休息而
明天再来拼搏。
后来另外再有车手感到不适,主办方决定把今天下午最后的试车时段取消,给
车手可以好好回去休息。
DAY 4 第四天 : 10/2/16
After a good rest the night before, Anson finally recover from yesterday, and with
instructions from Steven after watching Anson’s 1st practice session : instead of dicing
with Riders of a similar caliber or stuck in a group of riders fighting his way out, Anson
is to ride on his own and tried to follow faster riders to learnt the lines and also got
tug along for better speed in and out of corners.
The tactic work beautifully as at the 2nd session, Anson did a own record breaking
2.26 lap, a full 4 sec faster then the 1st morning session and the day before,but
still around 8 sec behind the pole rider.
By 5 pm, Dorna call this the end of this 2 days Testing sessions, all Rider has done
around 60 laps for day 2 and most are drained from the long and hot day.
在经过昨天晚上好好休息后, Anson今早终于恢复过来, 早上7点10集合
,7;25到赛道,全场又再次忙碌起来。
经过昨天晚上开会和今早Steven重新整理Anson的战略,不要跟自己差
不多时间的车手在纠缠和互相尝试超越,不要混在车群里激斗,这些都会
把圈速拉慢,应该在快车超越后,尽力跟在后面,看人家怎样进出弯位和
线路。
在第二节时终于大破自己2天的记录,做出了2.26的最好成绩,比昨天
足足快了4秒, 所有人都极为之振奋,但对比最快车手的时间还是有8
秒多的差别。
在这最后一天测试, 到最后下午5点,所有车手已经跑了总共6节,
大家的体能已经下降,Dorna宣布这次的赛道测试全部完成。
Conclusion 结束 :
Due to the result of the HK rider is quite low, and the head Coach was indecisive if
he can accept Anson into the Full race season, but after BG had a meeting with
SAATC directors and their head Coach, it is confirmed that : BG is to designing a
high level Training Program for Anson over his Physical strength and stamina and
also training for his Riding skills and getting use to race in these big Tracks, Anson
is to start immediately training with BG’s instructors at the Zhuhai Circuit so to
prepare him for the mid March 1st race at Thailand.
由于香港车手的成绩较低,总教练没能立刻决定可不可以入选名单,经过BG
和天才杯总管和总教练开会后,BG答应将对Anson进行地狱式培训计划,并
在最短时间内提升他的体能和驾驶技术, 以便可以在泰国3月的大赛中第一
场天才杯可以看到较大的进步。
It is also discussed that in the very near future, BG is to start a Junior Riders Training
program in China for Young Riders from HK/Macau/China in order to support Dorna
for the search of
Young talents and to link with Dorna’s current program for finding and training young
riders allover the world.
This is no doubt the best Chinese New Year Present for Anson, BG and all the Chinese
Riders, this is a 1st time a China-Hong Kong Young rider can participate in the world’s
best Junior Racing events, This is the dreams of all Motorcycle racers in the world and
we hope Anson can take this great opportunity to learn from his pears and bring us
proud in the coming season.
We’d like all of us to wish Anson all the best and hope he live our dream that we’d
been dreaming all our lives.
这无疑是给Anson, BG和所有中国人车手的一份新年大礼物,这将是第一次香
港年青车手可以参加世界级的大型赛事,为所有喜欢摩托车车运动的年青人起了

培训年青的车手计划,这个计划将与Dorna公司的全世界青少年培训和进入
MOTOGP赛车的同步和接轨,给所有年青车手一个真实的梦想。
For Anson to race the full 2016 season of this Asian Talent Cup events, he’ll need a
significant amount of funds, despite majority of the needed funds has already been
supported by BG, but due to these races will happen in 5 Countries allover Asia (Thailand,
Qatar, Malaysia, Japan, China Zhuhai) and these races can provide big promotional value
for sponsors who’d like to have his products properly promoted and advertised by a FULL
International event.
由于Anson 参加全年的亚洲天才杯大赛将需要极大的经费,主要的费用已经由
BG承担。这些赛事全部在亚洲5个国家进行,所以能提供极大的曝光率,
