BG at the Inaugurated World Formula e Championship 第一届电动方程式世界锦标赛 - BG报道

当全世界都为巨大的汽车废气排放污染城市而寻找新的清洁能源的时候，世界顶级的“0”排放赛车赛事顺势而生， 并成为了最受欢迎的国际顶级新4轮系列赛之一。

这个赛事是2014年  国际汽联（FIA）第一次运作全电力的世界方程式大赛车的开始。

这个世界电动方程式大赛由2014年9月开始，到2015年的6月，将会在全世界10各国家的主要城市举办， 其中—包括伦敦、北京和迈阿密——赛事都围绕在这些城市的地标。

在这第一年的赛事共有十个车队，每车队有两名车手展开激战，开创了一个独一无二且令人振奋的系列赛，主要在于吸引新一代的赛车运动爱好者。

本次赛事代表了未来几十年汽车工业的愿景，起动了电动车辆研发的主框架作用，同时也快速激起了大众对这一类车的兴趣并达到保有量的提升。

这次世界电动方程式大赛的第一站在中国北京举办，由于此次赛事是属于“0”废气排放和没有噪音发出，所以这个大型赛事获许在北京市内的奥林匹克公园里围绕着鸟巢和水立方体育馆的道路上进行。

赛事与一般其他汽/摩赛事的2天周末不一样，这个赛事仅在9月13日周六一天举行全部，BG受到赛事中国管理团队的邀请参与此次活动，所以BG的Steven在BG上海新展厅上周刚开业后紧接着就飞到北京。

赛道是在奥林匹克运动馆周边的一段令人极为赞赏的风景区里，尽管赛道较短和只是一个大长方形， 但赛会在这些直道上加上了一些减速和高要求的2型弯道，领导这个赛道极有挑战性。

周五是给所有车队准备和搭建， 和到下午时的短暂测试，一如中国所有的大型赛事和活动，这次的大型赛事所有的赛道建设，维修区，指挥区和大型的VIP帐篷全部在1/2天内就搭建好来迎接周六的大日子。

出席此活动最重要的一部分是和所有来自世界各地赛车运动舞台的老朋友相会，由于大家都在世界各地奔跑，难得几年才能见面一次， 感觉分外珍贵。

由于这是一次国际级的绿色节能赛事，因此很多赛车界的重要人士都从世界各地到来北京参加这个盛事，世界汽联主席托德，国家体育局于部长，中国汽联所有的高层还有来自亚洲各国的汽/摩协会会长。 香港汽车会的余主席及其他人员带领了一批香港政府的高级官员前来参观和考察这个赛事，本来香港原想在2014年举办这个电动式方程式大赛，但现在改而计划参与筹备2015年的新赛季。

周六早上的练习发生了一些意外，这是由于所有车手都是刚开始接触电动方程式赛车，加上赛道的难度较高加上是街道赛，所有弯度都没有缓冲区所以做成较多的意外，但是所有发生意外的赛车都在短时间内修理好且在中午的排位赛中再度加入计时排位赛。

正式赛于下午4:09分开始，大量的工作人员和嘉宾都一窝蜂涌进了发车区， 把赛事气氛提升到极点。

担当着中国希望的中国车队的董荷斌在正赛发车时车子没能启动，只能在所有人都起跑后才能发动车子，但已经远远给抛在后面，没法争取到好的成绩，整个25圈的赛事里的24个圈都相安无事，当所有人都认为赛事就在没有悬念下完成，但到了最后一圈的最后一个弯道前的直道，当在第二位的Nick Hiedfeld 欲要超车，但在前面的头车车手Prost希望封档对手的路线而导致两车发生了猛烈的碰撞，Nick的赛车直接被撞飞并打了三个空翻后重重的4轮朝天的落地，当所有人都觉得这次会有重大受伤，但幸运地Nick自己从车底趴了出来，令场里所有人报以雷动的掌声。然而两名选手却无缘奖杯。最终，第一名由本来第3位的Luca DiGrassi获得，27号的Frank Montagny获得第二。 

下一站电动方程式世界锦标赛将会在马来西亚吉隆坡举办，由于这是一个环保“零”污染的赛事，因此他们都将在城市街道上进行， 但电动方程式赛车是无噪音的，相对于常规的内燃发动机赛车来说较缺乏激情, 而且在北京街道赛场上我们能看到的时速也不超180km/h。 但由于它是一个清洁能源的概念和FIA的顶级赛事，很多政府都支持这个赛事，它将是一个推广无污环境的良好平台。和很多没有专业赛车场的城市都可以在市中心街道上进行，这样会吸引更多的赞助商和观众。

世界正在快速研发新一代的清洁能源汽车，然而纵观此次赛事，我们看到在电池技术上还没能达到理想的水平， 但当电池技术不停的提升，我们将会看到更高性能的电动车辆和更多人选择电动车！

While the whole World has been looking at a clean energy for the Vast Auto market which is one of the main cause for City Pollution, so a World’s top level racing event in a Pure “0”Emission format is a welcome addition to the current world Motorsport series. 

In 2014, it is the Start of the world’s 1st Formula racing in Electric form, the event was organized and promoted by the FIA.  

Commencing in September 2014 through to June 2015, the championship will compete in the heart of 10 of the world's leading cities - including London, Beijing and Miami - racing around their iconic landmarks. For the inaugural season, 10 teams, each with two drivers, will go head-to-head creating a unique and exciting racing series designed to appeal to a new generation of motorsport fans.

It represents a vision for the future of the motor industry over the coming decades, serving as a framework for R&D around the electric vehicle, accelerating general interest in these cars and promoting sustainability.

 The Inauguration Event was held in Beijing, China, due to this is a “0” emission event with hardly any NOISE pollution, so the event was allowed to race around the streets of the World famous “Bird’s Nest and Water Square Swimming stadium inside the Beijing Olympic Park.

The event only consisted of 1 day’s racing on Saturday 13/9/14, and BG was invited to attend the event by the China Officials so Steven flew to Beijing right after our official opening of BG’s Shanghai new Showroom last week.

The Track was designed and built in an extremely scenic route around the Olympic Stadiums and despite it was a more rectangular shape, but additional Chicanes were added to all the main straights making the track more technical.

Friday was the preparation for all the teams to get ready for the late afternoon shakedown and as usual in China fashion, a huge racing facilities was built within days and everything was ready for the Sat main event.

The most important part of attending these events are meeting all the Old friends from the World Motorsport arena as many of them can only meet up once after some years.

Due to this is the 1st important Motorsport event with Green energy, so a lot of important people from allover the World came for the event including Mr. Jean Todt, President of FIA, China’s Sport Bureau Minister and all the Top personnel’s from the FASC and other Asian Federation chiefs.

The Hong Kong AA was represented by current Chairman Mr. Lawrence Yu and he has an entourage of Hong Kong Gov’t high officials coming to see the event as Hong Kong has been very vocal on the intention to Host also a round of this Formula e originally in 2014 and now looking at 2015.

 The Sat morning practice see quite a few unusual crashed due to all drivers are new to these Electric cars and also the Track was quite technical at place, but all cars were repaired in due time and the noon qualifying was in much smoother conditions. 

The main race was on 4.09 pm, and a huge crowd came into the Starting Grid with people from allover the world. 

 The race started with Team China Tung Ho Ping stalled the car and can only re-start after everyone was gone, and the 25 laps was incident free until the last corner in the last lap when 2nd place Nick Hiedfeld tried to overtake but 1st place driver Prost was too late moving in to block his path that causes a huge crash seeing Nick’s car flew in the air and landed after 3 summersaults, but luckily he was not injured and both was out of the race giving 3rd place Luca DiGrassi a most unexpected win and Frank Montagny a 2nd place. 

The World Formula e Championship will be moving to Malaysia for the next round and all these races will be raced in all City streets due to its “0” Emission nature, The Formula e races are a lot less exciting than regular racing as these cars makes no noise and also at the BJ street Circuit we can only see top speed of not more than 180 km, but due to its clean energy concept and a FIA top event, most Gov’t will welcome the event as it will be a great tool to promote clean environment and also many cities who has NO professional racing Circuits will be able to host a event in their city center streets that will attract much bigger crowd attendance.

The world is moving fast to the next generation of Clean energy cars but looking at this event, we believe there is a lot of work to be done over the Battery technology so that these Electric cars can be a lot more user friendly.
