2014 World FIM-FMX Championship – A sold out event at Shenzhen-China
2014 国际摩联花式极限摩托世锦赛—中国深圳站门票一售而空
2014 是国际摩联花式极限摩托世锦赛（以下简称FMX赛事）进入中国的第三年，2012年第一届在广东省会—广州市举办，而2013年的举办地点是北京五棵松体育馆。
12年和13年的赛事举办称不上完全意义上的成功，这是由于组织者的经验有限，加上中国对人流聚集的管理相当严格，因此会有很多限制条件和特殊的许可要求，令这些极限运动表演很难推广和组办。
2014年的赛事表演在深圳体育中心举办，深圳是中国最南边毗邻香港的城市，也是开放于上世纪70年代末的第一个经济特区，深圳政府对这类体育活动的运作更加放宽政策。
叶剑华先生，“动动体育”的董事长，也是赛车运动的推广/运营者，从2004年在上海的中国第一届F1赛事开始 就已是BG密切的合作伙伴，因此在他们的赛车运动活动中，BG被委任提供赛事专业意见、技术支持和海外联络。
2014年11月1-2日的FMX活动，由于FMX的两名专业车手的专业越野车没有打算发至中国，因此组办方让BG提供两辆专业的FMX赛事车辆以让2名车手在赛事当中能成功参赛。
周六：由于票务销售被直接控制和限制的原因，尽管BG也被委命为赛事票务指定官方销售点之一，而互联网上的票务预售却并不十分活跃。因而在周六赛事开始前几小时，所有人都担心人群拥挤，并争分夺秒冲进2轮杂志网站和互联网车手的队伍。
但让所有人都吃惊的是，在比赛开始前一个小时，人群开始在现场售票点聚集，成百上千的人开始赶到，7:30分节目开始后30分钟成千张票开始才开始抢售。
原本计划3.5个小时的表演延长至将近4个小时，最终在将近11点时赛事结束。在场的所有管理人员都已精疲力竭，而让人欣喜的是这是第一次FIM-FMX活动全场满座。
周日：周日是这次世锦赛的第二轮中国之旅，和周六是同样的日程安排，继周六赛事后，所有的车手已对场地有了更好的了解，因此对跳跃的标准设定也更加高难，观众的反响和车手的表现互相呼应，场面一度达到白热化。值得一说的是David Rinado这名车手，这个最后出场的车手，展现了零失误的表演，加上他独有的半空车上转身动作，让整个场馆的观众都拍手称赞，到最终落地之后依然呼声不断，因此David， 毫无悬念地在2014站的第二回合赢得了冠军。
FIM-FMX深圳站的大获成功给了所有人在中国其他地方组办这类赛事活动以极大的信心，2015年，推广方商定FIM-FMX赛事在深圳和中国其他城市再次举办将会另行公布。
“动动体育”也承诺会在2015年中国运营世界花式极限摩托车锦标赛，BG也被要求于2015年在中国不同地方开展一个独立的FMX多回合赛，将这些令人高度刺激的极限摩托车运动引领大众受惠！
The 2014 World FIM-FMX Championship is the 3rd year coming to China, the 2012 was at the Guangdong Province’s capital City of Guangzhou, and in 2013, it was at the Beijing Wukesong Stadium.
Both of the 12/13 events were not exactly successful due to inexperience of the organizer and also China has very strict control over crowds gathering so there was a lot of restrictions and special permits requirements making these extreme sport shows a tough event to promote and organize.
The 2014 Event was held at the Shenzhen Sport Stadium at Shenzhen City,China’s southernest city neighboring Hong Kong, and also being the 1st special economic Zone opened to the World in the late seventies, the Shenzhen Gov’t has a much open minds in operating these events.
Mr. John Ye, President of “Dongdong Sports”, Motorsport Event Organizer/Promoter, has been a close partner with BG since China’s 1st F1 event at Shanghai in 2004, so BG has always been recruited to offer BG’s Motorsport expertise, Tech support and oversea liaison in their Motorsport events.
At the 1-2/11/2014FIM-FMX Event, due to 2 of the Pro FMX riders’ pro FMX bikes was not ready to send toChina, so the organizer has asked for BG’s 2 Pro-FMX Bikes to be ready at the event so the 2 riders can still participate in the Championship. 14735, 06592
Sat : Due to the straight control over ticket sales and regulations, the advance sales of tickets through the internet was not very exciting despite BG was appointed as one of the official Ticket sales outlet for the event. So, a few hours before the opening of the Sat event, everyone was worried about crowd attendance and all make their last minute push through all the major 2 wheel webzines and internet biker groups.
But to everyone’s surprise, an hour before the show, crowds started to gathered at the onsite ticket sales counter and hundreds of people start to arrived and thousands of Tickets were sold even 30 mins after the show started at 7.30 pm.
As usual, 11 of the World’s Top FMX riders performed their best acts and the 10,000 seat was close to full and the crowd, being the 1st time seeing these Extreme Motorsport events LIVE was being driven to a frenzy and giving the riders a much bigger push to perform to their limit. And as expected, hot favorite Czech Republic rider LIBOR Polmol stole the show and winning the 1stRound of the China Championship.
The originally planned 3.5 hr show stretched to 4 hours and ended in close to 11 pm before the Championship draw to a close, everyone at the event management was totally exhausted but in ecstasy as this is the 1sttime this FIM-FMX event rec’d a full house attendance.
SUNDAY : Sunday is the 2nd Round of the Championship’s China tour and again the same routine was performed, After Sat’s Championship Round, all the riders has got to know the track a lot better so the standard of jumps were even harder and better, the Crowd response totally matched each riders’ performance and the highlight was the last Rider David Rinaldo, who was the last to make his jumps, performed a faultless show adding his own special mid-air body turn on his bike that get the whole stadium to their feet and the applause and catcalls lasted even after he landed to solid ground, so David, with no surprises, won the 2nd Round of the 2014 China Championship.
The huge success of the Shenzhen FIM-FMX Round gave everyone great confidence in organizing these events in other regions of China, in 2015, The Promoter has agreed to an extra Round of this FIM-FMX Championship again in Shenzhen and another City in China that to be announced.
“Dongdong Sports” has also secured the running of the World MX Championship in China from 2015 and BG is also requested to start working on a independent FMX Multi Round in various regions of China in 2015 so the bring this highly exciting Extreme motorsport events for more people to enjoy.
