近几年,世界摩托车经历了一些主要的变化,250-500的小排量摩托车增长已在世界市场中占据大量的份额,代替了以前由大排摩托占据的份额,因此很多车手都在寻找改装件以试图去升级这些车辆,成就了亚洲市场的快速成长,从中我们亦可看到很多亚洲国家的摩托车市场的快速成长,尤其在赛车运动方面。

    因此,早在2010年,ohlins 预测到了亚洲市场未来,设置了他们第一条亚洲生产设备,并将场地驻于泰国曼谷外的“汽车之家”。

    2014年9月23-25日,Ohlins亚洲举办了它的第一次亚洲分销商研讨会和技术研讨培训,BG技术团队从中国和中国香港出发参加此次会议。会议由ohlins的瑞典资深副总裁Johnny、亚洲总经理Taka san、Ohlins 泰国常务董事Paul、高级汽车工程师Bert、摩托车总经理Robert主持。

    泰国是很多西方工业的中心,尤其是汽车和摩托车制造业如:汽车中的丰田、东风日产、本田和摩托车中的凯旋、杜卡迪、本田、雅马哈、川崎,他们都将工厂设立在与曼谷相隔甚近的春武里市工业区内。人们将工厂设立在泰国的主要是由于其已成为东盟的其中一员,与其他东盟国家有特殊的贸易协定,如马来西亚、印度尼西亚、越南、老挝等等国家,这让泰国的产品享受到无关税或者是低关税的出口优惠,加上泰国有极佳的技术型劳工给工业生产提供良好的支持,优势不言而喻。

    会议讨论了有关汽车和摩托车产品和亚洲形式各异的市场,在亚洲,BG在汽车产品尤其是越野型产品的销售中有非常坚挺的市场,加上最近BG在上海悬挂工厂的竣工,现已经和Ohlins在运营着其成套的装备系统,促成了BG给大量的汽车和摩托车模型组装和特殊定制的减震,这让Ohlins在中国没有实物产品却在中国市场上有大量的需求。

    BG香港高级技师阿森和BG上海汽车工程师小姜花了所有时间在Ohlins工厂和技术研讨会上学习有关所有最新和现有技术水平装备,详细的技术论坛由Ohlins的技术经理Bert和摩托经理Robert讲解。 

    Ohlins泰国工厂生产了很多摩托车减震和前叉套装,供亚洲市场的小排量车型使用,BG将很快提供这些新产品以顺应小排量摩托车的市场增长需求,而高性能产品的需求也显得更为重要。

    最后一天是与泰国摩托协会的会议,BG和其中极为成功的SBK锦标赛组织者Kratos先生讨论了有关2015在新的武里南赛车场的摩托车比赛,届时会有很多中国车手参入其中。



In the last few years, The world Motorcycle has gone through some major changes, The rise of small capacity motorcycles from 250-500 has taken a big share in many world markets that used to favor big capacity motorcycles so many riders was looking for performance parts in order to upgrade these bikes, then there is the fast growth of the Asian market that see many Asian countries’ motorcycle markets receiving some very fast growth especially on the Motorsport side.

So, in 2010, Ohlins can see the future of the Asian market and has set up their 1st Asian manufacturing facility at the Motor Valley outside Bangkok in Thailand.

On the 23-25/9/2014, Ohlins Asia held its 1st Asian Distributors’ conference and a Tech Seminar Training,  and the BG Tech team from Hong Kong and China was there attending the meetings. The meeting was attended by Ohlin’s Sweden’s Senior VP Johnny, Asia General Manager : Taka san, Ohlins Thailand MD Paul, Senior Auto Engineer : Bert,  Motorcycle G.M Robert.

 

Thailand has been the hub for many various western industries especially in Auto and Motorcycle manufacturing with the likes of Toyota, Nissan, Honda in Auto and Triumph, Ducati, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki all setting up their factories in the Industrial region of Chonburi province just outside Bangkok, The main reason for everyone setting manufacturing in Thailand is due to her being a member of Asean that have special trade deals with all other Asean countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos etc… so that Thai products enjoys special None or low Tariff exporting to these countries and also Thailand has a good supply of skill labors that provide good support in manufacturing.

The Conference discussed both Auto and Motorcycle Products and various marketing in Asia, BG has a very strong market in the Auto product sales especially on the Off Road products and with the recent completion of BG’s suspension factory in Shanghai, we’d been discussing with Ohlins on working with their Kit System which allows BG to assemble and special built specific dampers for many Auto and Motorcycle models that Ohlins do not have products but are big demand in the special China market.

BG’s Hong Kong Senior tech staff Sam and BG Shanghai’s Auto engineer Jiang spend all their time studying all the latest and state of the Art equipment in the Ohlins manufacturing and a detail tech seminar was provided by Ohlin’s Tech manager : Bert and Motorcycle manager Robert.

The Ohlins Thailand factory produces many Motorcycle shocks and Fork Kits for many small capacity bikes for the Asian markets and BG will be offering these new products in no time as the fast growing small capacity bike market is really growing and the demand for high performance products will be very significant.


Then there was the meeting on the last day with the Thai Motorcycle Federation and their very successful SBK Championship organizer Mr. Kratos  discussing on 2015 Motorcycle Racing at their new Buriram Circuit and the participation of our Greater China Riders.
